You need (for 2 portions)
- 1 large avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 red apple
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 tbsp hemp protein
- 1 tbsp unsalted natural sunflower seeds
- 1-2 tsp hemp as topping
- Some strawberries, raspberries, hemp och blueberries for topping
- Blend all ingredients together except for the topping.
- Serve in beautiful bowls and add your topping.
- Eat immediately and enjoy!
