The green smoothie

Still enduring some sicknesses at home. So this weekend I tried a new vitamin smoothie booster! Really delicious if I may say it myself.


  • 1 avocado
  • 2 dl organic green kale
  • 1 red organic apple
  • 1.5 dl organic apple juice
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger

Blend it all together and choose if you want to eat it as a pudding or mix with water to drink it.
