Full of vitamins such as iron and magnesium amongst others. Also has an anti-inflammatory effect and regulates blood sugar levels too. Plus it’s delicious!
I quickly stir fry mine with garlic, chili and some lemon. Perfect as a side dish. Or use larger swiss chard leafs for tacos instead of a plain tortilla bread.
