Smoothie inspiration

My 2 year old is the number one  smoothie lover in our family. As soon as he wakes up he wants his smoothie. This one with blackberries is a favorite.



You need:

  • 1 dl blackberries
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 dl Greek fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Baobab

How you do:

  1. Blend all ingredients together. Add organic apple juice if to sour.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
