Savoy cabbage

After too many months of being sick back and forth I’m trying to live a healthier life starting my week with some savoy cabbage. I always try to focus on where my food is coming from. Where did it grow and how much nutrition is in it. Kale is always a good choice, and good alternative to many things. So here’s the recipe to a healthy side salad.

This side salad is so easy to make! And with only a few ingredients too.


Savoy cabbage salad with lemon

  • 1/2 of a small savoy cabbage head
  • 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  1. Thinly slice the kale.
  2. Add salt and oil and ”massage” it together with the kale.
  3. Add lemon zest and juice. Finish with drizzling olive oil and black pepper on top.
