Pre heat the Oven : 350°F

STEP 1 : Cut the Ham into small pieces
STEP 2 : In the same bowl, add Heavy Cream, most of the Shredded Cheese
(keep some for STEP 6) and add 4 eggs
STEP 3 : Mix
STEP 4 : Pour the mixture into the Puff Pastry
STEP 5 : Add the Ham
STEP 6 : Add some Shredded Cheese on the top

Put The Quiche in the oven for 45 min
