1- In a slow cooker, add the chicken, cans of cream-of-chicken soup and the baby carrots
2- Cook in low for 8 hours.
3- After it’s cooked, cook the pasta
– Boil some water
– Add the pasta into the boil water
– cook until the pasta is soft
– Or follow the instruction on the box ;)
4- Add the pasta to the chicken carrot sauce in the slow cooker and mix!
6- Serve !
