Butternut Squash Soup

Very good fall soup!
Difficulty: Very Easy



  • 2 butternut Squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1/2 Lemon (Juice)
  • 1 cup baby Carrot
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 veggie bouillon cube (or 2 tsp veggie broth)

Step By Step

Cut all of the veggies in small pieces and put them into a pot. Then, add salt, curry, pepper, veggie bouillon cube.

Let cook on a stove for 30 min. (Or when it’s cooked enough) OR with a slow cooker for 4h

TIPS : Veggies are cooked when it’s very easy to cut them.

Then blend everything until it’s smooth.
