- 1 avocado
- 1 sweet red apple
- 1 banana
- 1 small handfull kale
- 1 small handfull spinach
- Choose toppings such as: cashew nuts, red currants, pomegranate seeds, chia seeds, walnuts or hemp
Blend all ingredients in your blender, finish with your choice of topping.
