Mozzarella and parma salad
Serves 4 persons
- Grilled marinated artichokes
- Buffalo mozzarella
- Fresh tomatoes
- Parma ham
- Olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper
- Wash the arugula thorougly, and make sure it’s not wet when placing it as a base on a plate or bowl.
- Slice the artichokes and tomatoes and add to the plate.
- Add mozzarella, parma ham and basil.
- Finish off with drizzling some olive oil an balsamico over your salad
