Chili – my strongest hero

One of my most commonly used spices and also Superhero no 2 in my kitchen – chili! Full of vitamin C and vitamin B. Prevents infections and decreases blood pressure.

And honestly, almost every dish gets a bit more interesting with a pinch of chili. Even hot cocoa is delicious with it. So being both healthy and delicious easily explains why it’s a must in your everyday food!
