Blackberry coconut smoothie

This recipe came from the need of something refreshing but not to sweet in the mornings. The coconut milk gives it a surprisingly good creamy taste.

 

What you need:

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 large banana
  • 1,5 dl frozen blackberries
  • 2 tbsp hemp
  • Chia seeds after taste

 

How to:

Blend all ingredients in your blender, add topping to your liking. Even though this smoothie works perfectly well just as it is.
